2023 All-Conference Awards go to five Broncos

	1st Team All Conference Midfield Luke Halpin "This is Luke's second recognition having earned 2nd team last year. Luke has been a consistent calm presence for the team. He has a great IQ of the game and a solid teacher presence to the rest of the guys on offense."  Coach Shipp
	2nd TEAM ALL CONFERENCE Defense Nick Powers "Nick has been great for us since the moment he has stepped on campus and was named Captain this year as a sophomore. He is confident in his abilities and makes sure to push himself and his teammates everyday. With a willingness to get into any scrum and come out with the ground ball." Coach Shipp
	3RD TEAM ALL CONFERENCE DEFENSE Orion Ludwa  "Orion has worked hard to develop his skills and has become a consistent lockdown defender. Regardless of him being on or off ball he is always creating takeaway plays and working hard to develop on the field as a leader and workhorse" Coach Shipp
	3RD TEAM ALL CONFERENCE GOALIE Zakk Morse "Zakk transferred to the team this year and has been solid in the pipes every day. He is always looking for ways that he and the other goalies can improve both in their techniques and hand speed. He has a unique ability to make saves that don't look humanly possible and then smoothly make a pin point pass to move the ball up field" Coach Shipp
	UMLC Honorable Mention   SSDM   Mitchel Bates "Bates is one of our hardest workers on and off the field. Willing to dive into scrums and take whatever the other team can throw at him. This year he stepped up in a big way both as team president and becoming a two way mid for the team that was short staffed this year. He work ethic will be tough to replace in the future.  Coach Shipp
